The location is amazing for marina views! i really enjoyed the spaciousness, and the cleanliness was great. the breakfast offers a vast amount of options, including some regional dishes i wanted to try. the staff was smiling and happy to assist.
the wifi connection was awful, making it hard to stay connected.

The pool and spa facilities remained open late. both were kept clean. breakfast had lots of choice and there were regional dishes to try, like flao. It was generous too and a welcome surprise each morning.

This hotel is right next to the marina. That allows beautiful views of boats and sunsets. the location allows exploration with a nice walk to the main port. i found several unpretentious restaurants nearby.

The location is very convenient for accessing water taxis. This offered enjoyable boat rides to town. The staff were attentive and kind. They carried luggage to rooms. The spa had great views of Dalt Vila.
The entrance was unclear, located in a parking lot, very inconvenient. There were no bell boys to help with luggage. I had to go inside and request assistance.

The gym had poor equipment. It was unsuitable even for basic maintenance. I think they need to improve the facilities.

The hotel was well-located and the taxi service was fast (the reception would arrange a taxi in about 2 minutes). the spa was excellent. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, a detail i really valued after a day out.
i noticed the absence of bellboys upon arrival, i handled my luggage myself initially. the entrance was somewhat unclear, located in a parking lot, which wasn't the most cute first impression.
